For those who can’t swim yet, the first step is to learn to become comfortable in the water. It is never too early to learn water safety. Even infants are able to start learning to become comfortable in the water. This course takes you through a series of drills that teach you how to breathe comfortably while in the water, and how to float.

Johnny Els

Johnny Els is a former collegiate swimmer, Ironman finisher, and fitness guru. He has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, is a NASM-certified personal trainer and Level 1 swim coach.
