About Your Coach

Johnny Els

Johnny Els is a former collegiate swimmer, Ironman finisher, and fitness guru. He has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, is a NASM-certified personal trainer and Level 1 swim coach. Johnny loves competing in triathlons, coaching swimming and training men and women around the world reach their health and fitness goals.
