Blow Bubbles Out Your Mouth


Get used to putting your mouth in water and exhaling.

​What To Do

  1. Take a breath and put your mouth into the water.
  2. Blow bubbles out your mouth until you feel slightly out of air.
  3. Take your mouth out of the water and take a breath.
  4. Put your mouth back into the water and blow more bubbles out of your mouth.
  5. Repeat this 10 times.
